The Dutch NGO is active in Burkina Faso, Africa. Their local partner introduced this project to them. The aim of the project is to install solar systems at four schools that they are currently working together with. This is necessary because the demand for education is much higher than the schools can provide. The ideas is that with access to electricity these school can organize classes in the evening for children that do not have the opportunity to go to school during the day. Girls will be favored because of their disadvantaged situation in society.
