Kristel Franse is a Dutch physiotherapy student that went for her final internship to Nepal to work as a volunteer in a children’s home for disabled youth, Maitri Griha. Till then there was no physiotherapist working at the centre. To make sure that the trainings and exercises she started will be continued after she leaves she started a project to train the local staff and rent and furnish a separate room for the therapy. This room is in the same building where the children life now. The MvRF supports here by supplying the funds for the materials and the rent for the first year.
