Bamboo project

The F.B.M farm is a farm that cultivates bamboo. The youth that works and live at the centre has been very successful in growing Bamboo, horticulture and cattle breeding. The youth are also responsible for the trade. In a few years the bamboo will be strong enough for manufacturing furniture and constructing houses. The next step in the learning process will be that  bamboo houses will be constructed in Indonesia, in cooperation with colleges from Indonesia, dismantled again and shipped to Haiti. This way the youth from the farm will be trained in processing bamboo.
