Computer education has started to play an important role in the curriculum of Brazilian schools. Investments are needed for this. The goal of the project is  to educate teachers  and to make students and former students confident with computers as well as supporting parents who are interested in learning to use a computer. The 125 children of Moraraná, former students of the centre and other children of the community are developing computer skills. Besides this a computer service is offered to the people in the community. With the earnings from this service they can maintain the computer room and pay for the maintenance of the machines.
