The NGO Tibet-fonds Dolma was established in 1989 with, as one of its objectives, to support Tibetan refugees in India. In 2006 they started building a kindergarten/ pre-school in two refugee camps. 15 % of the funds are raised by the local communities and the rest financed by Tibet-fonds Dolma. After a visit in 2008 it was concluded that although the project was finished successful, the furniture was still very minimal. The MvRF has contributed to furnishing of the two kindergartens.
