World Servants has been active in Zambia since 1999. The Zambian
government has set up rules to which schools have to comply in order to
guarantee the quality of education in Zambia. The school in Chijemu
where World Servants is going to assist with the construction of new
classrooms has been rejected by the government. World Servants is going
to work together with the local community to construct new class rooms
and teacher homes. If the school complies with the rules of the
government there is a good change that they will receive funding from
the government in the future.
