Students living in the rural area of South Borana, in Ethiopia, can only finish their secondary school in the larger town of Yabello. When in town they can stay at a hostel that has been set up to accommodate students from the countryside. The current teaching facilities at the school do not adequately prepare students for the workplace or for further education. Kune Zuva, with funding from the Marthe van Rijswijck Foundation, built a computer training centre next to the hostel. There are library facilities, as well as typing and computer literacy classes.
