In this Kune Zuva project, a group of 6 students from poor families have been given the opportunity to follow a full-time course of 4 months in metal processing at the Metal Work Department of the Technical College Mekane Jesus. The board of the school thinks it is important that the youth from poor families get the opportunity to learn a profession, so they offer scholarships for these students. The Marthe van Rijswijck Foundation contributes to the cost of materials for the course and gives the students that cannot live at home a small allowance.
