Kune Zuva asked the Marthe van Rijswijck Foundation to extend their support of Haymanott by two years. Haymanott, a girl considered “Mingi”, or cursed, by her Hamar tribe, had been abandoned by her people. Kune Zuva, with the help of the Marthe van Rijswijck Foundation, supported her education.

Initially she failed her exams. She still wanted to finish high school, which she did. We can proudly announce that of the 70 students she graduated with she is amongst 13 students chosen to continue. The Marthe van Rijswijck Foundation will support Haymanott for another two years.
