The MvRF contributed for the third time to a project of the Dutch/Zanzibar NGO Zanzibits. The NGO came again this year with a proposal for an innovative project, in this case a job bank. The idea is that the job bank will function as a middle man between the graduated students of Zanzibits and employers. The NGO was already trying to do this in the past but not in a very structural way. Research showed that there was a demand for this type of initiative and with this project they will aim to change this.

Experience showed that it is often a challenge for students from vocational schools in development countries to find jobs and often there is no support for the students after they finish their studies. The MvRF wants to stimulate initiatives like this and decided to finance the project.
