The Shree Manakamana Primary School is situated in a remote and hilly
area where 45 students are registered. The building they are using now
is in bad condition, with only two rooms that can be used as classrooms
and a lack of teaching facilities. Three teachers are teaching, from
nursery until class three (4 classes in total), in only these two
rooms.  The insufficient amount of classrooms have a negative effect on
the quality of the teaching. Because of this many students are not
stimulated to attend class regularly. This project of Care for all is
focussed on the construction of four classrooms, including furniture for
the school. The MvRF contributed to the construction of the classroom. A
few weeks ago we received the news that the NGO managed to get all the
funds together for the project and they will start the construction
soon!
