The aim of this project set up by the Dutch NGO e-progress is again to
set up a library in Uganda. The library will have two functions: firstly
to provide a loan service of school books to seven schools in the area
and secondly to function as a traditional library. Children can come to
the library and borrow books from it and read them at the library.
