Further support for informal schools

In 2011 we agreed with NEED that if they would complete the first phase
of their project successfully we would also contribute to the second
phase in 2012. After receiving a good and promising report beginning
this year we decided to support their project expanding and
strengthening the informal schools, again in 2012.
