Nowadays more parents and guardians choose to continue caring for their children if they are mentally and/or physically handicapped. This is often a full time job for the caretakers and therefore there is great demand for temporary accommodation in small family-like surroundings for these children. Alongside this it is sometimes necessary that a child stays at the care farm a bit longer.
Besides this there is great demand for small scaled living and work places were (mentally) handicapped adults can live semi-independently and work. A place where their work really matters.
